BOG BOY BOOCH: Another slightly different. Take on a traditional kimchi, using sunchokes and fennel. No Chinese leaf. Tasting slightly sweet, slightly sour and retaining a good bit of crunch. Goes perfect with breakfast, as a condiment for a Cheese platter, or just eating straight out of the jar! Ingredients: Sunchokes, Fennel, Garlic, chilli Flakes, Smoked Sea Salt and Turmeric. Sunchokes are a source of iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
