We’re proud to host a dedicated space at the market for some of the amazing community groups doing vital work across Cavan. Their contributions are invaluable, and we’re thrilled to give them a platform to connect, share, and inspire.
Meet groups like Grow It Yourself West Cavan, Cavan Climate Action, Breffni Blues Special Olympics Club, PPN, and more!

Daniel from Earth Bound Ireland will be joining us to showcase his exciting new Tiny Forests Initiative, supported by Cavan LEADER.
Daniel will be installing a Pocket Forest (up to 25m²) of native Irish trees right in Con Smith Park for the weekend! It’s a fantastic chance to see what a tiny forest looks like and learn how to create one in your local area – with free training, resources, and trees available for community projects.
Visitors are encouraged to walk, cycle to this event, where possible, bring a picnic blanket and embrace summer with nature and local food.
