With #parkrun already a Saturday morning favourite at 9:30am, Parkzen is making a return during this year’s Cottage Market weekend!
Claire has curated a fantastic lineup of 4 wellness classes across both days:
• Pilates
• Parent & Child Yoga (x2 sessions)
• Adult Yoga
If you haven’t tried Parent & Child yoga, we encourage you to give it a go. It’s an amazing fun way to spend one-one-one time with your child.
