Honouring the Dexter – Culture Night Talk & Demo
This Culture Night, we celebrate the cultural heritage of Ireland’s own Dexter breed with a talk and demonstration that highlight tradition, thrift, and abundance.
Our event will feature:
• Sculpture Display by Rose Cole – capturing the enduring spirit of the Dexter.
• The Story of our Native Breed with Pauric Farrelly.
• Waste Not, Want Not demo by Imelda Mullen – showing how bones become nourishing broth and fat can be rendered into a natural, skin-loving cream.
Free beef broth tasting on the night!
