We’re off to Electric Picnic 2025! 🎭
Catch us on the Global Green Stage with What Are We Eatin’ Anyways? – a 40-minute drama about local food, community, and making a difference.
This project began in 2023 with the support of Creative Cavan, first hitting the stage at @lizzie_buggies_bar in Ballyconnell. The fantastic feedback we received inspired us to take it to the next level – professionally scripting, producing, and directing the play.
Two years later, we’re bringing it to Stradbally, Co. Laois – and after that, back home to Cavan theatres and on tour with local food initiatives across Ireland.

Through humor, heartfelt dialogue, and powerful storytelling, Jimmy & Bridie explore the true cost of our modern food system – from excessive packaging to food waste – and celebrate the joy of eating local, organic, and seasonal.
