Making jam and mustards from homegrown and wild goods is an open ground to creativity and flavour associations… We thought that, after a bounty of mushrooms last year, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to combine a mustard with our local woodland founds! Pwadji’s Produce used its own products made throughout 2022 to put together this original mustard: pickled chanterelles in oil, hedgehog mushroom powder, wild mushrooms slowly sautéed in olive oil, homegrown garlic and herbs. We hope that our Wild Mushroom mustard will find its place in your kitchen. Its pleasant light brown colour would be a divine spread on bread with a sharp cheese or even with some steaming potatoes.
