The Cottage Market’s first bundle or as we like to call them the “trio of greens”… A delicious mix of 3 healthy greens – spinach, rocket and salad. Apart from growing it yourself, this bundle will create the tastiest, nutrient-bursting salad you will find anywhere in Cavan and is an excellent accompaniment to serve with any meal. We will also include two salad dressing recipes created by two local chefs and week 3 of suggestions to build your own salad bowl. We put this bundle together to push the idea of eating a salad at least once a day because of its ready-in-a-minute nature of it. The health benefits of eating these types of greens have been preached for years! What’s even more amazing – all the greens are grown in Cavan, without any use of harmful chemicals or fertilizers. They are picked on the morning of collection by Tirloch at the Patch, Mullahoran. Their freshness will ensure zero waste.
