Using your Coriander microgreens in the kitchen

Coriander microgreens have exactly the same taste as coriander proper! They also have the advantage of not running to seed as they never grow large enough.    These lovely leaves make a fantastic garnish to any Asian dish and can pep up any salad – just don’t overdo it! Very good with guacamole or in salsa.

A regular seed is actually the whole seed pod that contains two or more seeds. For monogerm or split seeds, the pods are split open to collect the single seeds. Many growers prefer split seed for precision planting and a higher seed count per kilo. Germination is quicker and more consistent than unsplit seed.

Coriander is also called Cilantro or Chinese parsley
