Pwadji’s Produce: Another floral-inspired jam… The rhubarb is partly coming from my own garden but more importantly from a kind contribution in Bawnboy, to which I am very grateful and wish that more will follow! The foraged elderflowers counterbalance a bit the rhubarb’s acidity and maybe you will taste a hint of Damask roses in the background. Classically enjoyed on a thick slice of sourdough bread, with enough butter to make one’s happy! 155g Shelf Life: 1 Year. Refrigerate. Allergens: Gluten.
