RUDDENS FAMILY FARM: Organic Raw Milk in 1 Litre Glass Bottle. The milk is raw and non-homogenised so you get the full benefit of milk in it’s natural form. Raw milk contains enzymes and probiotics which are beneficial for gut health. Vitamins and minerals are also more bioavailable in raw milk than in pasteurised milk. Our cows eat a fully organic diet of grass, silage and locally sourced Irish organic grain.
