LITTLECHEF: There is nothing better than a homemade lasagna. Carmen’s lasagna contains spinach (The Patch), mushrooms, peppers, aubergine and freshly made tomato sauce and bechamel sauce. Serves 4 – 6.
Eat fresh or keep in fridge for 5 days. Ideal for freezing.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven 180 degrees. Reheat lasagnafor 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
