THE PATCH 🥕 Baby, Bright, orange, carrots – sweet and crunchy, 10 in a bunch (maybe more, size dependent). Carrots are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibre. They are also a good source of antioxidants. Best steamed or eaten raw. Carrot tops (aka carrot greens) have an earthy “root vegetable” flavour, similar to beet greens or Swiss chard. Their flavour is somewhat between parsley and carrots—they are delicious! All vegetables and salads, grown by The Patch are pesticide and herbicide-free. Picked fresh on collection day. Wash before use.
