GLENIDAN FARM: Black Garlic from Richards Farm in Westmeath. Using his homegrown bulbs of garlic, he ferments the garlic in a temperature-controlled room for 60-90 days. The result is a sweet, caramelized garlic clove that has a soft texture and black colouring. This process enhances the benefits of garlic without a strong taste. Can be used in marinades, salad dressings, sauces, crumbles and Asian style. Two big bulbs or 3 small bulbs per bag. Self-life: 6 months. Gluten and Dairy Free. Vegan
